excellent location and service
great location fresh fruit
the location was great because it was next to the main train station. the hotel upgraded us and the room was charming, they provided prosecco and chocolates with fresh fruit. the concierge helped get us reservations at a nearby restaurant a wedding guest had recommended.
rooms felt small. i think this is the worst value hotel i have ever stayed in. it would have been acceptable at 1/3 the price, but paying so much for something very ordinary was really disappointing.

this hotel features an convenient location because it is a two minute walk from the main station. you will see the sign as soon as you walk out towards the main street. it is VERY centrally located.

The rooms are clean. Rooms provide a wide selection of floral decorations and selections of oranges and apples. the space is beautiful and well-kept, and there is a mini-bar, that is stocked daily with complimentary water. I found the bed comfortable.

breakfast IS really good with a wide choice of options to choose from, including great scrambled eggs. the space is also bright and spacious. service during breakfast was always quick and efficient.

the hotel has A concierge that is friendly and ready to help with questions. the valet service proved very helpful, assisting with luggage and transportation needs, and the bellhop was always ready to assist. there is also a restaurant and cafe.

great location chocolate cart lindt chocolate bars small room lacking luxury poor room service
the location was great. i could easily reach everything i wanted to see. the chocolate cart with complimentary lindt bars was a lovely touch. it went door to door.
the room i had was quite small. it lacked a certain luxury i expected. the room service was below par. the food delivered to the room was not great.

street noise excessive minibar prices
the breakfast was acceptable with a good variety of items.
My room faced the street and street noise was unbearable, even late at night. the air conditioning barely worked. The room remained warm despite setting it to the lowest temperature. i also found the minibar prices excessive. A small bottle of water cost more than it should have.
