the location was great. i could easily reach everything i wanted to see. the chocolate cart with complimentary lindt bars was a lovely touch. it went door to door.
the room i had was quite small. it lacked a certain luxury i expected. the room service was below par. the food delivered to the room was not great.

the breakfast was acceptable with a good variety of items.
My room faced the street and street noise was unbearable, even late at night. the air conditioning barely worked. The room remained warm despite setting it to the lowest temperature. i also found the minibar prices excessive. A small bottle of water cost more than it should have.
